Italian Herb Spread
- 1/4 cup squeeze margarine product (any oil content)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
In small bowl, combine margarine, vinegar, oregano, garlic and pepper. Serve with vegetables or hot cooked pasta.
Makes about 1/3 cup.
