Italian Vegetable Spread
- 1 cup margarine (any oil content)
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
Blend all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours.
Serve spread on crackers or sandwiches, or use to top
baked potatoes or vegetables. Store vegetable spread in a covered
container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Makes about 1-1/4 cup.
